海拔5380m富氧室对人体运动血乳酸、血氨及肌红蛋白的影响

摘要 目的 探讨在高原建立富氧室对机体运动后血乳酸(BLA)、肌红蛋白(Mb)、血氨(Ammo)的影响。方法 对海拔5380m高原的10名健康青年在进入富氧室前、富氧12h后分别进行踏阶运动,检测血 BLA,Ammo,Mb含量。结果 富氧运动较未富氧运动Mb增高显著(P<0.05),BLA,Ammo增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);结论富氧室能增强高原机体能量代谢,是高原部队提高机体运动能力和抗疲劳的理想措施。 Objective To determine the efect of oxygen-enriched room on BLA, Mb and Ammo when human exercise at high altitude. Methods At high altitude of 5 380 m, BAL, Ammo and Mb were measured in 10 health youths which have done stair-exercise before and after entering the oxygen-enriched room for 12 hours. Results After entering the oxygen-enriched room Mb were significantly increased than that of before entering (P<0.05 ).BLA and Ammo also increased, have significantly difference (P<0.01 ). Conclusion Oxyge-nenriched room can enhance orergy metablism on human, it is a good way to improve the ability of exercise and anti-fatigue on solidcrs at high altitude.
