低分子肝素治疗顽固性不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Recalcitrant Unstable Angina Pectoris Treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin

目的 探讨低分子肝素对顽固性不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 将66例顽固性不稳定型心绞痛随机分为两组,观察组给予低分子肝素(速避凝),对照常规治疗。结果 观察组心绞痛发作频率减少,发作间隔时间延长,心电图及动态心电图心肌缺血也明显改善,与治疗前和对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 低分子肝素对顽固性不稳定性心绞痛的疗效可靠且显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of low molecular weight heparin( Fraxiparine ) on unstable angina pectoris ( UAP ).Methods Sixty-six patients with UAP were divided into two groups, the therapeutic group and the control group, at random. The patients in the therapeutic group were administered with low molecular weight heparin, and the ones in the control group with common therapy. Results In the therapeutic group, in which both electrocardiogram and ambulatory electrocardiogram showed that the ischemia of heart muscle was improved, the frequency of angina pectoris attack decreased, and the interrval of attack lengthenedd. There were significant defferences between the groups when the patients in the therapeutic group were compared with the ones in the control group, or with themselves after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin is clearly effective on UAP.
