中药治疗老年2型糖尿病性腹泻的疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Efficiency to Cure Senile Diabetic Diarrhea with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的 寻求治疗老年糖尿病性腹泻的有效中药方剂。方法 应用中药组方治疗48例老年糖尿病性腹泻,并与对照组比较。结果 治疗组总有效率95.83％;西药对照组总有效率92.59％,两组疗效基本一致(P>0.05)结论 中药组方对老年糖尿病性腹泻,有降糖止泻的良好疗效。

Objective To investigate the best Chinese rtaditional medical prescription to cure diabetic diarrhea. Methods 48 cases of senile diabetic diarrhea were cured with traditional Chinese medical prescription, and compared with the values of control group Results Effective rate was 95.38% in traditional Chinese medicine group and 92.59% in contrast group to cure with western medicine. Same therapeutic efficiency was observed (P>0.05). Conclusion Senile diabetic diarrhea patients with senile diabetic diarrhea were cured with tradictional Chinese medicine showing satisfied hypoglycemic and antidiarrheal efficiency.
