疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在173例腹股沟疝中的应用

Clinical Experiences of Treating Groin Hernia with Mesh & Plug Hernia Repair(Analysis of 173 cases)

目的 总结应用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝173例的临床经验。方法 全部采用美国巴德公司的疝环充填物及网状补片,对173例腹股沟疝病人施行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。对手术方法、时间、手术指征、术中注意事项、术后伤口疼痛、病人自主能力恢复、并发症及复发率进行观察总结。结果173例手术过程顺利。与传统疝修补术相比,简化了手术操作,省时、创伤小、术后疼痛轻,恢复快,下床活动早,并发症少,术后随访112例,仅1例复发,复发率为0.82％。结论 无张力疝修补术所采用人工生物材料具有很好的组织相溶性.无排异反应,有良好的抗感染能力,是一项更符合人体解剖结构和疝的病理生理、较先进的疝修补术式。其手术适应征广泛,适用于各种初发与继发的腹股沟疝.

Objective To sum up 173 cases clinical experiences of 173 cases in repairing groin hernia with Bard^R mesh & Perfix^R plug means. Methods All the cases of groin hernia were operated with filling materials supplied by C.K. Bard Inc, US . In our groups , we had performed multiple investigations such as selection of operative methods , comparison durative time in operaton, persistent time of sore incision and recurrence of post-operative groin hernia . Results There were prosperous courses in 173 cases, as well as comparatively simple and shorter time manipulation , gentle ache, fewer complications and so on . Conclusion The mesh & plug hernia tension-free repair has better tissue confluence, less repulsion and benign capability of anti-infection .
