Treatment of bodily surface hemangioma by ^(90)Sr applied sticky method.Nong Tianlei,

目的:了解90Sr敷贴治疗体表血管瘤的方法、效果及影响因素。方法:用90Sr-90Y敷贴器治疗各种体表血管瘤1693例,采取多次小剂量法,根据疗效决定治疗疗程,最多治疗4疗程。结果:1693例体表血管瘤治疗有效率为95.3％,治愈率69.1％。其中草莓状血管瘤治愈率最高,达91.5％。其它类型血管瘤的治愈率分别为:海绵状血管瘤72.3％、混合型血管瘤68.4％、鲜红斑痣61.2％。结论:90Sr敷贴是治疗体表血管瘤的好方法,其疗效因血管瘤类型、瘤体大小和个体的不同有很大差异,治疗效果取决于照射剂量和时间的合理选择。

Objective:To Comprehend the method、effect and influence factors of 90Sr applied sticky method for treating bodily surface hernangioma. Methods: 1693 cases of bodily surface hernangioma was treated by 90Sr-90Y applied sticky instrument, with many times in low dose. The course of treatment was determined according to the curative effect, the longest treatment time was four courses. Results: The effective rate of treatment in 1693 cases with bodily surface hemagioma was 95. 3% , and the cure rate was 69.1% , in which the cure rate of strawberry hernangioma was highest, occounting for 91. 5% . The cure rate in the other types of hernangioma was as follows respectively: 72.3% in the cavernous hemangioma, 68.4% in the mixed hemagioma, 61.2% in the fresh erythematous mole.Conclusion: 90Sr applied sticky therapy is a good way for treating bodily surface hemangioma, its curative effect is quite large difference on account of different types. sizs as well as individual of hemangioma and depends on exposure dose and rational choosing time.
