动力髁螺钉治疗股骨髁上及髁间骨折34例

Treatment of 34 cases of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture with dynamic condylar screw.

目的:观察应用动力髁螺钉(DCS)内固定治疗股骨髁上和髁间骨折34例的疗效。方法:对34例股骨髁上和髁间骨折采用动力髁螺钉治疗。结果:骨折愈合率100％,膝关节功能优良率73.5％。结论:DCS治疗股骨髁上和髁间骨折具有固定牢靠确实、操作方便、能早期进行功能训练等优点,有较好的应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effect of internal fixation of dynamic condylar screw(DCS) in treatment of 34 cases of femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture.Methods: 34 cases with femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture were treated with dynamic condylar screw. Results:The healing rate of fracture was 100% , the perfect rate of knee joint function was 73. 5% .Conclusion: DCS for treating the femoral supracondylar and intercondylar fracture has the advantages of fixation stability、easy operatio、 early ambulation and functional exercise etc, with very good applied value.
