摘要
我国经济发展对石油需求逐年增加,但国内石油资源不丰,不能满足需要,加之国际市场风险以及石油地缘政治等原因使得我国石油安全形势严峻。为了保护我国能源安全,保障国民经济顺利发展,本文在提出制定我国石油安全战略目标和原则的基础上,分析了我国石油安全战略体系。
China's petroleum safety is confronted with a severe challenge on account of domestic oil shortage, international market risks and petroleum geopolitics. To ensure China's energy safety and secure smooth development of national economy of China, this paper analyzes the strategic system of petroleum safety on the basis of the establishment of the strategic goals and principles.
