摘要
As a country short of oil and gas resources, China has adopted such an oil-gas resource strategy as strengthening domestic prospecting and development of oil resource, improving the capacity for self-supply of oil, actively conducting international cooperation, and making full use of foreign oil resources. After China’s entry into WTO, the overall benefits of China Petrochemistry Group can only be guaranteed by creating a new management system and effectively combining human and technology resouces with those of oil and gas and capital.
