摘要
作为货币市场的重要组成部分,我国的票据市场虽在近几年获得了较快的发展,但仍呈现市场规模小,结构畸形,品种单一,发展不够规范等特征。阻碍其发展的因素不仅存在于社会信用制度方面,而且存在于证券市场和票据经营机构方面。要改变目前的现状,必须在完善银行承兑汇票市场的基础上,开发商业票据市场。
As an important part of money marke t,China’s bill market has been developing fast in the recent years.Yet,it i s still operating on a small scale with lopsided structure and unstandard-ized development.The factors that hinder its development lie not only in social cre dit system,but also in securities market and institutions operating this business.To change the present situation,commercial paper market must be developed on the basis of perfecting bankers’acceptance market.
