摘要
在票据日益被广泛使用的同时,丧失票据的问题大量存在,而作为我国的丧失票据救济制度———公示催告,在公示催告期间转让票据的效力、申请人的范围、公示催告期间的长短、公告的方法、票据到期后的提存等方面还存在一定的缺陷,亟待改进。
Along with the extensive application of bills,the problems resulting from the loss of bills exist in large.As far as the relief system for loss of bills(i.e.the System of Placarding Bills for Right Claiming)in China is concerned,some deficiencies are clearly represented in the effect of bill-transfer.The scope of applicants,the period of Placa rding Bills for Right Claiming,the method of revealing and the drawing of matured bills.All of which are in need of improvement.
