A Study of Scale Economy of Listed Corporations

中国的上市公司的规模经济效应不明显,只有个别行业具有规模经济效应,而大多数行业则不具备。这主要是体制因素、较低的生产力水平、职业管理人才的缺乏、政府干预等原因造成的。要形成中国企业的经济规模,应处理好政府、企业和市场的关系,少一些政府干预,多一些市场调节,让企业按照市场经济规律来正确选择合适的经济规模。

Generally s peaking,the scale economy effect of the listed corporations in China is im-pl icit.The scale economy effect is represented in some industries rather than most industries.This phenomenon results from such factors as the administrative system,the low productivity,the insuf -ficient managerial talents and the ex cessive governmental interference.In view of the above-men-tioned facts,we should focus our attention on dealing with the relationship among government,e n-terprise and market in order to develop the scale economy of Chinese enterprises.We should en-sure that the enterprises themselves choose the appropriate economy scale in accordance with the market-oriented economy law with less governmental interference and more market adjustment.
