摘要
对 6 0 Si2 Mn A汽车钢板弹簧用硝酸盐水溶液作淬火介质进行了研究 ,进行了拉伸和冲击试验、疲劳试验、显微组织检查以及热处理变形检查试验 ,试验结果表明用硝酸盐水溶液作淬火质能达到节能、淬火变形小、淬裂倾向小、少污染。
This paper discusoes quenching medium of nitrate water solution with 60Si2MnA automobile plate spring.The results of the experiments quenching medium nitrate water solution can sav energy,get low quenching deformation and tendency of quenching crack,less pollution and strong fireproof so it can improve the quality of spring.
