Investigation on the Maximum Single Stage Loading Level of the Super- or Tran-Sonic Axial Flow Fans and Compressors

摘要 多级风扇、压气机中单级超跨音轴流级的加功增压能力是受许多因素限制的,即单级的负荷能力是有上限的。本文用模型研究了超跨音轴流级在全级可正常工作和级间匹配的最宽条件下的最大级负荷能力。得出这个能力为级增压比小于3.7,同时得出各约束条件的影响图线。 The quest for higher stage pressure ratio has been promoted by engine researchers.But in the multistage fan and compressors,the rise in total and static pressures of a single stage axial flow compressor is constrained by many factors.The maximum stage loading level has a limitation.Using a simplified stage model,this paper investigates this level of a super or transonic single stage axial flow compressor under the conditions of the widest rotorstatormatching and the stagematching.The paper concludes that the stage pressure ratio must be less than 37 when considering only the theoretical loading mechanism.Meanwhile it gives several graphs to exhibit the influencing strength of each constraint.
