摘要
如何分析和评价管理者的绩效是理论和实践中的一个迫切问题。依据美国学者坎贝尔、鲍曼和穆特威德鲁等人的研究 ,探讨了中国企业管理者绩效的结构和绩效可能包含的因素。运用半结构化深度访谈的方法 ,调查了 1 0 9名管理人员 ,采用类属分析和德尔菲法对访谈资料进行多层分析 ,最后归纳出描述管理者绩效的三个维度 :任务绩效、个人特质绩效和人际关系绩效 ,并对这三个维度的含义进行了分析 。
How to analyze and evaluate the performance of a manager is a key issue in both the academic and the practice fields. Based on the frameworks and models built by Cambell, Borman and Motowidlo, this study aims at exploring the structure and elements of managerial performance in Chinese situation. Data were colleted with semi-structured in-depth interview for 109 Chinese managers and were analyzed with genus analysis and Delphi method. Results showed that there are three dimensions in describing the structure of managerial performance: task performance, personal trait performance, interpersonal relationship performance. The implications of these three dimensions were clarified and the shortcomings of this study were discussed at the ending.
