摘要
规范科学的考评是社会主义市场经济条件下建设高素质企业经理人队伍的重要环节。在一个考评过程中的一些重点往往是与难点联在一起的。文章结合企业经理人的考评工作实际 ,用系统分析的方法 。
In the socialist economic conditions,normative and scientific appraisal played an important role in building the high quality enterprise managers. Some emphases in appraisal for the high quality enterprise managers are in touch with most difficulties. According to the practice of the appraisal for enterprise managers,in the view of system analysis, some of basic routes and of operating means, which are the resolutions of the difficulties, are formulated in the paper.
