摘要
文章在实证分析的基础上 ,通过引入效用理论 ,建立公平判别模型和控制模型 。
After empirical analysis,this article gave an equity jurdging model and controlling model through citing the utility theory, in order to make quantitative analysis on inequitable events in enterprise.
