摘要
知识经济的兴起 ,正在引发人力资源管理的一场创新性革命。知识型员工是企业人力资源的核心群体。文章在对企业知识型员工进行界定的基础上 ,首先对知识型员工的特点进行了分析 ,然后就知识经济条件下企业知识型员工的管理问题进行了探讨。然后 ,建立了适合企业知识型员工的系统评价模型———前沿能力相对综合法 。
The rising of knowledge-based economy is resulting in a revolution in human resource management. personnel with Knowledge are a core part of human resource in enterprises. Based on the definition of personnel with knowledge,their characteristics are discussed at first, and then some related management issues on them are studied. At last,an appraisal model for personnel with knowledge is designed and an appraising example is given to show scientific and practical.
