摘要 本文通过使家免在跑台上进行体力训练,研究应力水平对胫骨及股骨物理及力学性质的影响。试验动物分为慢跑组、快跑组及对照组,在经历十个月的体力训练后,切取股骨及胫骨试件,进行骨密度及断面面积测量,力学试验包括拉伸,四点弯曲以及静态和动态压缩。研究结果表明,经体力训练后,骨的断面面积明显增加,密度基本保持不变,某些结构力学参数有明显增加,但材料力学参数没有显著性差异,慢跑组与快跑组之间所有参数几乎无显著性差异存在。 This paper studies the effects of the stress level on the physical and mechanical properties of the tibia and femur of rabbits by involving the rabbits in a physical training on a runing machine.The animals were divited into three groups,the slow speed the fast speed and the control groups.The specimens were cut from tibia and femur of the rabbits after for ten months′ training.The measurements of the density and cross section of bone were conducted first,then the mechanical properties were performed including the tension,4—point bending and static and dynamic compression. The results show that the cross section of bone increases significantly due to the training,but the density of bone does not;some structural mechanical parameters increase but no significant differences are found in the material mechanical parametdrs.The existence of differences between the slow speed and the fast speed groups has not been found either.
