摘要
为使计算机在各行各业中的应用获得显著的效益,本文提出了一种新的三象动态平衡理论和八值逻辑运算系统,用于电力系统和其它系统的运行管理和调度的实时分析软件包编制。通过几个实际系统使用表明这种理论和运算法则已达到实用化程度,并取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
A new method named a-Quadrant Dynamic Equivalance Method (3QDEM) is presented in this paper.This method is based on the theory of three quadrant parameters which must balance each other in dynamic process,This method also applies a new arithmetic with 8-logic values operation to proce- ssing the performance of any systems.The example applying this method to the dispatching and management of the electric power systems is described.
