传统的操行评语使师生之间的交流与对话受到无形阻隔 ,使评语不能发挥其应有功能。其中既有社会原因 ,也有教育者本身的原因。教育者应顺应当代社会关系及师生关系的转变 ,更新教育思想观念 ,从控制、改造学生转变到师生之间的平等交流与对话上来。撰写操行评语应考虑其对话性、随机性。

There are errors in traditional comments on strdents' behavior becoming obstacles of communication between teachers and students and thus no effective function of the comments.With the progress of society,the educators should renew the concept of instruction,consider the relations between students and teachers and turn the idea of transformation of students' ideology to communication and dialogue between students and teachers.The remarks about students' behavior should be practiced for communication between them justifiedly.
