液压缸活塞杆往复运动串联密封封间压力研究

Research on Interseal Pressure of Reciprocating Tandem Seals of the Piston Rod of Hydraulic Cylinder

本文首先从理论上简要地分析了串联密封的性能,接着针对长江液件压厂的液压缸产品,对活塞杆往复运动串联密封的封间压力进行了试验研究。测出了临界封间压力值和封间压力的形成过程曲线。试验了各种因素对封间压力形成和建立过程的影响。指出了应该如何正确设计串联密封来满足具体工作条件下无外泄漏的要求。

This paper starts from a brief analysis of the performance of tandem seals. Focusing on the products of hydraulic cylinder produced by Chang Jiang Hy- draulic Components Factory,we have done experiments on the interseal pressure of tandem seals of reciprocating rod,and have obtained the critical interseal pressure and the forming process curves,we have also tested how different factors affect the forming procss.In the end,the paper describes the correct way for designing tandem seals to satisfy the requirement of zero leakage for hydraulic cylinder rod under some given conditions.
