A Method of Dividing the Latter Period of the Acceleration into Sectious in the Design of a Flash Drier

气流干燥器加速区分段公式中的 R 值在加速区后期要通过假设来确定,假设不合适,就要试差。本文根据加速区后期应满足的两个条件,推导出了在加速区后期直接计算 R 值的公式,克服了假设 R 的不准定性,使整个加速区的设计计算完全避免了试差。

In this paper,two equations for the evaluation of R in the equation for dividing the acceleration into sections are offered,and are used to divide the latter period of the acceleration zone into Sections.Thus,the trial-and-error calculations are quite avoided in the design of a flash drier.
