摘要
在多种规格风机尾管上的不同部位测试静压ΔP,同时改变风机风量。找出由于尾管端口作用对气流造成的影响系数θ以及θ与尾管直径、测压位置和流置的关系。用θ、尾管直径和ΔP值计算风量,这种办法灵敏度高,装置简单、使用方便且能量损失小。
Static pressure ΔP is measured on tails pipes of air blowers of various specifications while changing air volume flow. A coefficient θ which reflects the influence of the tail pipe entrance on the air flow and a relation among θ, the tail pipe diameterd, the pressure measuring place and the volume flow are found out. Air volume flow can be determined by calculating parameters θ, d and ΔP. This method has advantages of high sensitivity, simple apparatus, easy operation and small energy loss.
