摘要
完善的建筑施工企业施工项目成本控制体系,对降低施工项目成本,提高企业盈利水平有积极作用.采用层次分析法(AHP)对成本控制对策进行全面分析.通过建立施工项目成本控制体系模型和对其进行一致性检验,从而总结出各种成本控制措施的重要权值,得出降低成本和科学排序的措施参数.运用综合评判法对施工项目成本控制体系的健全成度进行科学评价.
A perfect cost control system for construction projects plays an important role in the management of construction cost and the improvement in construction profitability.AHP method is used to form the models for project cost control,some technological measures are taken in the general cut and the scientific order.The poli-cy of construction cost controlling is also systematically analysed and a comprehensive evaluation is taken to the perfect degree in construction cost controlling system.
