穿黄隧道内外衬联合受力结构模型试验研究 被引量:20

摘要 通过1∶5的整环衬砌结构仿真模型试验,在运行期各种工况下,对内外衬结构的受力机理、结构变形、应力以及接头刚度进行了研究和分析。结果表明:双层衬砌在设计内水压力作用下,径向变形和环向接缝变形数值都很小,结构工作性能良好;外衬管片之间的几何尺寸配合的好坏不仅对施工期外衬管道的结构受力状态有较大影响,而且对内外衬在内水压力作用下的应力状态也有一定影响;内外衬荷载的承担比例有较大差别。就极限承载能力而言,在超内水压力情况下,双层衬砌结构有较大的安全余度。 By emulation model experiment with a scale of 1∶5 of integral loop liner construction, the strain mechanism, construction distortion, junction rigidity of inside and outside liner were investigated and analyzed under different working conditions during the operation period. The research results showed that, under the designed inner hydraulic pressure, the radial and circumferentied joint distortions of double deck liner are very little and the construction is in good condition. The geometric dimension harmony of outer liner tube?pieces has influence on the strain states in both conditions, i.e., outside liner in construction period and inside and outside liner under inner hydraulic pressure. The loading ratio of inside and outside liner has obvious difference. Under super inner hydraulic pressure, the liner still has large safety redundancy from the point view of limit loading capability.
