摘要
为了充分开发和合理利用水资源 ,实现水的可持续利用 ,针对馆陶县水资源开发利用引起的河道断流、地下水位下降、水质污染等一系列环境问题 ,提出对地下水实行计划管理的节水综合措施为农业节水技术措施、工程节水措施及管理节水措施。
In order to develop fully and use rationally water resources, and realize sustainable water utilization, water_saving comprehensive measures for planned groundwater management are proposed aiming at a series of environmental problems such as river water zero_flow, groundwater table falling off and water contamination due to improper water resources development and utilization in Guantao County. The measures proposed include agricultural technique water saving, engineering water saving and management water saving.
