通过介绍可持续发展的概念和我国的可持续发展战略 ,指出引黄工程联接段渣场占地选址必须以可持续发展战略作指导 ,尤其对弃渣堆放后产生的水土流失防治和生态建设要与当地的可持续发展相联系 ,努力使工程建设与资源利用。

After an introduction of the concept of sustainable development and China's strategy with regard to sustainable development,the article points out that the strategy of sustainable development must be considered as a guide in selecting sites for the disposal areas of the Connection Works of Yellow River Diversion Project(CW,YRDP).It is specially highlighted in this article that the prevention and cure of water and soil loss resulting from placement of disposals and ecological construction should be associated with the local sustainable development in order to coordinate the project construction and resources usage,ecological environment as well as social development.
