普通高校大学生对体育课的态度是通过学习、实践接受新知识而对体育可产生的评价、爱好及情绪反应 ,并对体育课这一活动所表现的外显行为 ,在全面推进普通大学生素质教育 ,执行健康体育及终身体育意识的进程中 ,普通高校大学生体育课态度的研究应作为一个重要课题 ,从而为改进教学内容、方法 ,改善体育课课程结构提供依据。

The attitude of the undergraduates in general colleges and universities to physical education courses is their evaluation, interest and emotional responses to physical education, which are produced by learning practice and accepting new knowledge. That is the external behaviors of the undergraduates expressed in their physical education courses. In the process of advancing quality-oriented education in students of general colleges and universities all-roundly and carrying out health physical education and life long physical education, the research on the attitude of undergraduates towards physical education courses should be regarded as an important task. The purpose is to improve the teaching contents and methods so as to provide gist for improving the structure of the physical education curriculum.
