对体育教育专业的内容和课程体系进行改革是时代发展的需要 ,根据新大纲的要求 ,对现行体操课程进行分析研究 ,提出创建高师体操健身课程的依据 ,为新世纪体育教育专业课程改革提供依据。

The reform of teaching contents and curriculum system in physical education specialty is the need of the development of the era. According to the demand of the new teaching program the existing gymnastics curriculum was analyzed. The gist for setting up body building course in gymnastics curriculum was advanced so as to provide gist for curriculum reform of the physical education specialty in the new century.
