摘要
对中日两国运动员的形态、专项素质、技术以及训练方法 ,进行了比较。从形态上日本运动员的体重略重于中国运动员 ,而中国运动员的身高则略高于日本运动员。两国运动员在专项素质方面没有明显的区别。日本运动员跑的动作比较合理 ,在跑动时 ,髋和膝积极向前 ,身体重心前移的幅度比较大。中国运动员在跳远的空中动作比较合理。在力量训练方面 ,日本运动员采用大量的跳跃练习 ,但对练习的速度没有给予足够的重视。中国运动员现有的力量练习方法还有待改进。此外 ,中国运动员还应对跑的基本动作给予重视。
The Chinese jumpers were compared with the Japanese jumpers in body shape, specific qualities, skills and training methods. For body shape the body weight of the Japanese jumpers is slightly heavier than the Chinese jumpers, but for body height they are not as high as the Chinese jumpers. There are no remarkable differences in specific qualities between the Chinese jumpers and the Japanese jumpers. The running movements of the Japanese jumpers were more rational. When they run, the moving range of the knees and hips of the back leg thrust is larger and the swing leg moves forward fully. The air movements in the long jump of the Chinese jumpers are more rational. In the aspect of strength training the Japanese jumpers adopt more jumping exercises, but they don't pay attention to the speed of exercises. The strength training methods adopted by the Chinese jumpers still need to improve. Moreover, the Chinese jumpers should pay enough attention to basic fundamentals of running.
