摘要
据统计浙江少年女子组近 2 0年中 (1980 - 1990年 )在全国少年田径赛及全国中学生田径赛中共获得了 2 2项冠军 ,为了探索浙江省体校女子短跑组成绩稳步上升的原因 ,寻求少年女子短跑基础训练模式 ,进行了长达十年时间的跟踪探索 ,研究认为 :少年女子短跑运动员的基础训练要坚持边打基础边提高的原则 ;在少年女子短跑训练过程中要重视基本素质与专项成绩的相对平衡 ;要十分重视跑的基本技术、基本素质的训练 ,以及无氧代谢与有氧代谢训练的比例 ,在整个少年时期有氧代谢训练的比例不得少于 1/3。
According to statistics, for the recent 20 years (1980~1990) the junior girl group of Zhejiang province has totally won 22 championships in the Chinese national junior track & field meets and the Chinese national students' track & field meets. In order to probe into the reasons why the performances of the junior girl group of the training schools in Zhejiang province could be going up steadily and to find the mode of fundamental training of sprint in female teenagers, the tracing exploration was carried out for 10 years long. It was considered that in the fundamental training of the female teenaged sprinters the principle of laying foundations and improving performances at the same time should be followed. In the course of sprint training in female teenagers the relative balance of basic qualities and specific performances should be stressed. In training much importance should be attached to the training of basic skills and basic qualities of running. As for the proportion of the aerobic and anaerobic training in the whole training period of teenages the aerobic training shouldn't be less than 1/3.
