中国西北地区农业水土环境问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Soil and Water Environment in Northwestern Region of China

中国西北地区农业自然水土环境十分脆弱,加之人为因素的影响,使其存在以下主要问题:(1)水土流失严重;(2)土地沙漠化加剧;(3)土壤次生盐渍化程度趋重;(4)农业水土环境污染严重。根据其产生原因,提出了相应的对策:(1)加快水土流失治理;(2)合理开发利用水土资源;(3)积极恢复植被;(4)防治农业水土环境污染;(5)控制人口增长,提高人口素质;(6)加大政府投资力度;(7)依法保护农业水土环境。

There are several main problems existing in the agricultural soil and water environment in northwestern region of China. They are:(1)soil and water loss;(2)land desertification;(3)secondary salinization;(4)pollution. It is vulnerable natural agricultural soil and water environment and some human factors getting together that cause these problems. According to the reasons, the countermeasures of solving these problems are suggested.(1)Speed up the controlling of soil and water loss.(2)Exploit and use water and land resources reasonably.(3)Rehabilitate the vegetation covering.(4)Prevent and control the pollution of agricultural soil and water environment.(5)Control the rate of human reproduction and improve the human quality.(6)Invest more money into the protection of agricultural soil and water environment by governments.(7)Protect the agricultural soil and water environment by laws.
