百合幼胚离体培养的研究

Studies on the Immature Embryo in Vitro Culture of Lilium

对百合败育胚离体培养的影响因素进行研究的结果表明 :pH值对百合幼胚的萌发及成苗有一定的影响 ,以 pH值5.0为最好 ;活性炭的浓度对其影响不明显 ,培养基中加入氨基酸类物质使胚萌发及成苗比率均高于对照 。

In this paper, several factors were investigated for young embryo of Lilium to be cultured in vitro. The results indicated that pH value had some effect on the germinating and seeding rate of young embryo and the best one was at 5.0; Supplement with active carbon had no obvious effect. The germinating and seeding rate on the media with amino acid was much higher than that of control. Supplement with vitamin had no obvious effect. The light had some effects on the germinating and seeding. Immature embryo had a trend of embryonic growth in the dark and germinated directly in the light.
