摘要
对小麦基因转化方法、转化效率以及影响转化的因素进行了总结 ,并对中国小麦基因转化的发展提出了展望。
The research of wheat gene transformation has made a great progress.This paper reviewed the methods of wheat transformation and the target genes widely used today,and discussed the factors influncing the transformation efficiency.The remaining problems and the task of the research on wheat transformation in the future are also pionted out.
