试论新疆奶业发展的几个问题和对策

On Several Issues and Solutions of the Dairy Development of Xinjiang

针对新疆奶业发展的实际 ,就建立外向型、科技型乳制品龙头企业 ,充分发挥奶牛的生产潜力 ,正确处理产加关系等问题作了较全面的论述和讨论 ;认为上述问题是新疆奶业发展的当务之急 ,并提出了相应措施和建议。

Aiming at the situation of Xinjiang's dairy sector,the paper dicussed some topics on issues such as establishing export-oriented and scitech-oriented key dairy industries,tapping production potential of milk cattle on hand,and coping with the conflict between milk producing and processing,and argued that these issues are bottleneck of the developing of Xinjiang's dairy industries.The corresponding measures and recommendations were also provided in the paper.
