A Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Rieger Begonia

研究了丽格海棠 (RiegerBegonia)组织培养快速繁殖过程中的四个主要阶段 ,即 :不定芽诱导、丛芽增殖、生根诱导及移栽阶段 ,摸索出了各个阶段的较适生长条件 ,为丽格海棠的组织培养快速繁殖提供了科学依据。

The four main stages in tissue culture and rapid propagation of Rieger Begonia are studied,which are inducing adventitious buds,overgrowing buds,inducing roots and transplantig.And suitable conditions for these stages are found out.The study will provide scientific basis for the rapid propagation of Rieger Begonia by tissue culture.
