摘要
科技期刊出版业只有通过人才开发模式的创新,质量和效率模式的创新,出版产品模式的创新,运营与管理模式的创新,才能适应知识经济时代的要求,实现其健康发展。
If talented person are used reasonably and are trained in a planned way,if editorial working's quality and efficiency are raised constantly, if publication mediums are strengthened, sustained development of science-technological periodicals will be realized in intellectual economy era.
