试论影响中美关系转折的“苏越”因素

On Soviet Union and Viet Nam Element in the Transition of Sino-U.S.Relation

20世纪70年代末,中美两个对抗了20多年的大国实现了关系正常化。中美关系能在20世纪70年代实现根本性的转折,主要是因为苏联的崛起和扩张对美国的世界战略、中国的安全及世界和平构成了威胁,再加上中越两国关系的降温及矛盾的进一步深化,才促成中美关系的解冻。

In the end of 1970s, after over 20 years confrontation, Sino-U.S. relation was normalized. The basic reason for such fundamental turning was due to the rising and the expansion of the Soviet Union which was threatening the US global strategy,China security and world peace. In addition,the weakening relation and the intensification of contradiction between Viet Nam and China also help to bring about the final thaw of Sino-U. S. relation.
