良好的农村社会稳定环境是做好农村工作的前提和基础。保持和维护农村稳定必须充分认识到稳定工作的艰巨性和复杂性 ,广泛调动农村基层干部的工作积极性 ,全面发动群众的力量 ,不断拓宽整治的措施 ,进一步加强部门的协调 ,使农村稳定工作真正落到实处。

The good and stable rural social environment is a presupposition and foundation for doing the rural work well.In order to keep and protect rural stability we must fully understand rural work's arduousness and complicacy,widely arouse the enthusiasm of rural cadres,wholly develop the strength of the mass,constantly broaden the methods of realigment and make rural stable work implement practice.
