To put quality education into practice we should foster the will character of university students.One should be conscious,decisive,firm and self-control in order to have good will character.The will can be very important for success.The students can do the following to foster the will character:to adopt the lofty ideal:to be a moral and law-abiding person;to go through hardships;to be more conscious.
