党校系统图书馆是我国社科图书馆五大系统之一 ,加紧全国党校系统数字图书馆工程的建设 ,意义重大。作为党校图书馆 ,其宣传、教育、决策功能作用十分突出 ;在培养干部、普及马列知识、推进社会主义精神文明建设等方面 ,肩负着其它部门不可替代的责任。

Library of national Party schools' system is one of the biggest 5 systems of social science library.It is of great significance to get up digital library of national Party Schools' system.As to it's special position,we should give prominence to it's functions of storage,propagation,education and decision-making.It takes accountability that can't be replaced by other deparments for cultivating cadre,propagating Marxism and Leninism,advancing socialistic intellectual civilization etc.
