Psychological Analysis on the Structure of Creative Ability

创造能力是创新人才的根本性内在条件 ,它有着系统的、动态的、复杂的心理结构。阐明创造能力的心理结构 ,对于当前学校教育如何培养和发展学生的创造性素质具有理论意义和实践意义。笔者首先论述了创造能力既具有一般能力又具有特殊能力性质的特点 ,然后从静态和动态两个角度分析了创造能力的心理结构 ,并重点阐述了静态结构中创造性知能、创造性思维、创造性个性三方面的心理构成成分。

Creative ability is an innate quality that is crucial to an original talent. It has its systematic, dynamic and sophisticated structure. It is of great importance, both in terms of theory and practice in the nurturing and development of students' creative drives, to elucidate the psychological structure of creative ability. This paper starts out with a discussion of its two-fold characteristic of general ability vs. special ability, then goes on to spell out the psychological structure of creative ability from both the static and the dynamic perspectives, and, in doing so, highlights three psychological components, namely the creativity-oriented cognitive ability, reasoning power and individual character, in the static structure of creative ability.
