企业再造成功与失败的生态再思考 被引量:6

The Ecological-Reflection of the Success and Failure in the Business Re-engineering

摘要 2 0世纪 90年代哈默的企业再造被认为是企业管理的革命。然而 ,连哈默本人亦认为企业再造存在着极大的风险 ,实践表明其成功率仅在 2 0 %左右。当今我国已加入WTO ,企业面临经济全球化的挑战 ,企业再造已成为我国企业急需解决的问题 ,从企业发展的生态环境中研究企业再造的成功与失败 ,尽力避免在再造过程中可能出现的重大挫折是十分重要的 ,为此对企业再造进行了探讨。 In 1990s Hammer's business re-engineering has been regarded as the revolution of enterprise management. However, even Hammer himself also considered that there existed great risk in the business re-engineering. It shows that the success rate is only about 20 percent. The corporation is faced with the challenge of economic globalization after China's entry into WTO. The business re-engineering has become an urgent problem that must be resolved. It is very important to study the success and failure from the environment of business development and to avoid the appearance of the fateful frustration in the business Re-engineering. The paper discusses the business Re-engineering.
