摘要
就业问题一直是困扰我国社会发展的一大难题。从长、短期的角度分析了加入WTO对我国就业产业的一系列影响 ,并针对我国矛盾已相当突出的现有劳动就业体制 ,提出了积极创造就业机会、加快劳动力市场发育、解决劳动力流动障碍、控制收入差距、加强法制建设、规范劳资关系等可行对策。
Employment issue is a puzzle of our country all along. Our country has presently entered WTO, which will have certain effects on the employment of our country. This thesis analyzes long and short-term effects and advances some feasible countermeasures aimed at present labor employment system.
