摘要
组织学习是组织通过各种途径和方式 ,不断获取知识、在组织内传递知识并创造出新知识 ,以增强组织自身实力的过程。学习是组织生存与发展的前提与基础。只有学习型组织才能更好地生存。
An organizational learning is that the organization obtains various kinds of knowledge constantly, transmits this knowledge within the organization and creates the new knowledge in order to increase its own strength through all ways and methods. Learning is an essential prerequisite and basis for survival and development of the organization. Only the of organization learning type can survive better and fit in with the social development evolution.
