摘要
合同风险制度是买卖合同的核心内容之一。在买卖合同的履行过程中 ,合同风险制度与合同责任制度、所有权制度、合同落空制度以及货物保险制度有着千丝万缕的内在联系 ,但它们却是彼此独立的 ,各自有其自身的内涵 。
The contract risk system is one of the cores of trade contract In fulfilling a trade contract,there are countless inner ties among contract system,contract obligation system,property system,contract frustration system as well as cargo insurance systme But for their own implications,they are also relatively independent,and are component parts of contract legal system
