How to comprehend the complexity of natural and social phenomenon and highly generalize and summerize them into a simple model is an essential problem that human beings have been trying to solve.In the light of polities,'the order' is to be normalized with regulations,and the discussion of the concept,classification,the evolution of regulation and logic consequence is to solve the practical problems and to have further testing in practice.The discussion of the concepts originated from political science but is not limited with politics and sociology.The concepts are good for both natural and social sciences.
