管理的核心是处理各种人际关系。在管理科学中,存在着许多心理因素和心理效应,对心理效应的认识与运用有着极其重要的作用。加强管理科学中的心理因素的研究,有助于促进管理科学的发展。
The key to management science is to deal with various social relationships. The existing psychological factors and effects are of great significance to the recognition and application of psychological effects. To strengthen the study of psychological factors is conducive to the development of management science.
