Research and Thought of Damage Reduction by Science and Technology Serving for Beijing Olympics

本文从 2 0 0 8年北京建设“科技奥运”的目标出发 ,利用科技减灾的大安全观集中探讨奥运建设这一庞大系统工程中的防灾减灾及其安全保障问题。文中列举了北京现在的“十大”灾害源 ,并对 2 0 0 8年前后北京城市减灾的最大危险源进行分析 ,进而提出了对北京奥运防灾减灾建设的思路及建议。

In this article, the author starts from the aim of constructing a scientific and technologic Beijing Olympics in 2008,concentrating on discussing the safety and insurance issues in the giant system project of Olympics construction by using science and technology to reduce damages. The author also states 10 origins of damage in Beijing and analyses the maximal dangerous possibility in Beijing city. Furthermore, he gives advice on the construction of disaster prevention and reduction in Beijing Olympics.
