摘要
当前 ,越来越多的企业面临着人才流失的困境 ,这种人才的流失给企业带来了严重的损失。如何解决这个问题给企业提出了巨大的挑战同时也给理论界提出了一个新课题。本文首先阐述了思想教育激励理论 ,随后 ,作者将思想教育激励理论运用于解决企业的人才流失问题中 ,从思想教育的角度对如何解决企业人才流失问题提出了一些看法 ,以供管理者参考。
Nowadays,more and more enterprises get in a trouble:employee turnover.It brings a lot of trouble to some enterprises.These enterprises are challenged by a question:how to reslove employ's turnover.First of all,the ideological education motivation is put forward.Then,some advice is given to managers on how to revolve employee turenover from the aspect of the ideological education motivation.
